Our room was quite dated and there were cracks in tiles and in the shower tray, unless you are very short you would find it hard to wash your hair in the shower as shower heads were extremely low. Hannah at the front reception has impeccable customer service. All in all a pleasant experience

We had a lovely stay and were very impressed with the room. It was spacious, luxurious and beautifully furnished, with a balcony and wonderful sea views. The room was definitely a highlight of our stay. We had dinner in the restaurant on Sunday evening. We were a bit disappointed. Breakfast the following morning was much better, with a good selection of fresh and nicely presented options. The cooked breakfast was 10/10. The receptionist was fantastic, very welcoming, friendly and helpful, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return. The beautiful room, sea views and excellent service at reception made it a very pleasant experience.

Loved the area - sea-scapes were awesome. Our evening meal was very well presented and very tasty. Was not happy to find several long black hairs in our unit, on bed and in bathroom. Also the heated towel rail was loose.

The Oceanview Deluxe suite upstairs was a spacious room with dressing room, bathroom, kitchenette and a lovely balcony. It had an incredible view of the Tasman Sea which also overlooked rainforest. You can walk from your room to the restaurant as it has a walking tunnel which goes under the road. The sunsets at night were stunning. The bed was comfortable with ample bedding and pillows. Even in winter, the room was very warm with just one panel heater. We had to turn it off the second night as it was too hot, even on low. The bathroom was large with good sized shower. All the staff were very friendly. Restaurant meals were delicious, although some main dishes were on the small side for the price. Overall a lovely place to stay with the Pancake Rocks and Blowholes just a short walk up the road. If you take your car, there is a carpark, but you have to pay.

This is a gorgeous establishment, with incredible sunsets. Our room as great! It was perfect for one night. Note that there is not much around (there was one pub maybe 5 minutes away that was open, and the restaurant at the hotel), at least during the winter months. If you need grocery, make sure to buy it before getting there.

Nice, comfortable room. Staff is friendly but not always around so requires looking for them at times. As the name suggests, the view from the room was beautiful, overlooking the ocean. Nice to have a bar on site as well.
