"Staff excellent friendly helpful & professional Our room was overlooking a busy road however NO traffic noise whatsoever...very well soundproofed & quiet. Room basic & ok for our needs however a slight unclean smell."

"Quiet, very close to Manchester Airport complex and Train Station ... easily with walking distance (200 meters) although there were no signs in the airport / train station which would have helped. Newer facility. Beds were very comfortable, although instead of four thick pillows they could have two thick and two thinner. To be fair, we did not ask. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel. They were good quality."
