It was wonderful experience in Alpensia Pyeongchang. Great service and good condition of room. Excellent place.

Beautiful hotel and a perfect experience, incredible staff! We stayed at the InterContinental Alpensia and had an absolutely wonderful vacation. The hotel itself is beautiful, and both the facilities and rooms were spotlessly clean. A huge shout-out goes to the hotel staff—there are no words to describe how polite they were and how willing they were to help with everything! Everyone was fantastic, starting from the reservations team, to the lobby staff and the lovely girl at the Oxy Lounge...

helpful and mind staff ,good location. reception have very good english.

Excellent value hotel, quiet, spacious and a few small restaurant options. The staff were very helpful. Great locations to ski in the various local resorts. Excellent in-hotel ski rental with discount pass. Would definitely use again on a return trip.

Right next to the slopes with good views over the ski area. An easy drive from Incheon/Seoul. Take the highway SE from the airport, then Highway 50 across the country. Free parking outside. Ski hire and lift tickets available just outside. English speaking staff were very helpful. I’d stay again.
