"Amazing house for a short weekend away with friends. We came for Easter weekend with a large group of 19 people. We ordered pizzas from the local pizza restaurant under David’s recommendation which made cooking easier and were great pizzas that arrived nice and hot. We did spot a mouse in one of the rooms however but as people who live in the rural countryside ourselves, it’s expected in these types of properties. "We have a lovely stay at the end of August. The house is very comfortable and there was easily enough space for 8 of us and three dogs! The location is perfect for exploring the north Somerset coast and Exmoor, and having the hot tub to come home to each evening was an added bonus, and also the table tennis table, which we all enjoyed. "Had a cracking NY here. Amazing house, you could spend a life time looking at all the furniture, objet d'arts and the history of the house. Grand, perhaps a tad cluttered in the kitchen, but quite and very comfortable beds. Showers are a bit weak, but lovely village and pub 5mins walk from the house. Bet it's super in the summer, with the french doors open on the garden."

"This spacious converted barn was perfect for our stay. Larger than it looks in the photos. Well equipped kitchen with plenty of plates, glasses and cutlery. The hosts provided tea, milk and coffee supplies upon approval which was appreciated before going to a bigger shop at the nearby grocery store. There was also salt and pepper. "We had a really great stay in Wells. The property is in a brilliant location, right in the centre of Wells, yet still very quiet. The property itself is very comfortable and well equipped. Couldn't ask for more. The parking is tight, but if you can reverse, you'll be fine! Highly recommended."

"We had a wonderful stay here which far surpassed expectations. Every room in the property was lovely and there was plenty of space for 17 adults. There were plenty of very spacious bathrooms. The large hall was a particular highlight as an event space. The kitchen was small but well equipped enough to feed 17 over the weekend and the dishwasher much appreciated.
