"Loved the location and the tropical gardens of The Palm Grove. Rooms were spacious and the outdoor bathroom had a great shower. The pools were excellent, and the breakfast was really good. Mushroom Bay is the only place we’d stay on Nusa Lembogan - beautiful, swimable beach and much quieter than other parts of the island, but it had everything we needed for a 4 day stay. NB:Definitely use Tanis Ferries to get to Lembogan as they are the only provider that has a jetty so you don’t have a beach drop off."

"What you see online is what you get in person. It was a beautiful room and property. Staff is very friendly and accommodating (they do struggle a bit speaking English, but they get their job done). It was a bonus that there is a full gym and lap pool that we had entirely to ourselves when we were there!"

"The view and restaurant is indeed lovely and breakfast was good. Unfortunately the resort is not suitable for anyone who isn't completely mobile or elderly.  The numerous stairs, especially without any hand railings made it a struggle and unsafe.  This includes the lower pool, where there is no railing to get out of the pool. I had also expected that the resort/my room would be in the beach.  This isn't the case.  While I had an ocean view, it was obstructed, and getting to the beach required a walk back to the pool, then down the stairs.  Rather disappointing as the photos show something else. And be aware that the stairs going to the bathroom at night are somewhat inconvenient. It's a 3 star hotel, so that's what you're paying for, even despite getting the deluxe ocean view cabin."

A particular highlight of the resort is its fantastic pool area, complemented by the beachfront setting, which allowed our children to safely enjoy a variety of water activities."

"Friendly staff, always helpful and attentive! Great amenities; they offered a scooter rental for 100k/day including helmet, nice and clean pool, the restaurant next door was great, and has a lovely view of the ocean! My only issue was that there were a lot of ants around the property and sometimes in the room. "

"Great pool, lovely staff and great breakfast. Room was comfortable (we had a bungalow), although our bed sagged a bit in the middle. Otherwise very clean and nice! "

"Excellent views you can walk along the beach to nearby bays and restaurants. Staff are friendly. The street is a bit rough and isolated, it is a 15min taxi ride to Jungutbatu and a 5minute drive to Mushroom Bay. Facility is a little run down but tidy enough - you get what you pay for. "

"We had a really lovely weeks stay! Our room was really comfortable. Enjoyed the nice pool too. The location is great within walking distance to good local restaurants and Mushroom Bay. What really made our stay was Putu who really went out of his way to make sure all our needs were met from day cooking us very tasty yummy breakfasts to organising transport, snorkel trips, being so kind and helpful. Thank you Putu! Love to go back and highly recommend! "
