Cleaned daily and coffee/tea making in the room which was a nice little touch. Good selection of warungs nearby and with a scooter getting around different parts of Lembongan is easy. Staff were friendly and helpful and meals delivered to room or pool during the day. We didn’t eat many lunches or dinners and the restaurant seemed mainly used for breakfast so it was a bit quiet at night. The meals were good but not great . This place is well suited for mature people and families. It looks a bit further away from the centre but that’s what makes it special. It is 5 mins walk away from Devils Tear which has an amazing sunset view, and also 3 mins away from Dream Beach. Dream Beach is never busy so it fell like a private beach! The Cubang Huts themselves are well taken care of by the staff. The restaurant is also handy for breakfast or lunch. Other food options are about a 10 min walk away. Overall 5-5\. It’s a bit out of the way of the main happenings at Mushroom Bay etc. so you need a scooter. The nearby beach is down quite steep steps and quite rough waves when we were there. Pool is lovely. Bungalow var rymlig och hade även en veranda. Toaletten var en utetoalett och duschen fungerade utmärkt. Poolen var trevlig och det var 5 min att gå ner till dreambeach. Man behöver dock köra scooter för att inte känna sig isolerad. Jeg valgte Cubang Huts ud fra anmeldelserne, men jeg blev lidt skuffet. Servicen er fin og de er meget søde og hjælpsomme, men stedet er ved at være slidt og det bliver ikke vedligeholdt ordentligt. Man kan jo se mange steder på øen, at på et eller andet tidspunkt stopper de med at vedligeholde og vrider det sidste ud af stedet inden det lukker - og jeg kunne godt frygte, at det er det der er ved at ske her. Dann waren wir auch noch die einzigen Gäste. :-D etwas spooky aber das hat sich dann auch an Tag zwei geändert.. die Anlage an sich ist wunderschön!!! Super schön angelegt! Die Angestellten sind auch super freundlich und versuchen immer zu helfen. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und auch zum Dinner haben wir dort gegessen: ebenfalls super lecker! Ja gut, wir haben im offenen Bad die ein oder andere Kakerlake gesehen und „gefangen“.. aber das bleibt in so Ländern nicht aus und war auch in jedem anderen Hotel, ob drei oder fünf Sterne, an der Tagesordnung! Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt super gefallen, es gibt aber zwei andere Hotels in der Nähe, die etwas ‚bewohnter‘ sind und noch einen Tick schöner sind... Auch muss ich erwähnen, dass man in dem Hotel einen Roller ausleihen kann und uns sogar eine Nusa Penida Tour organisiert wurde. Zur Nuda Penida Tour aber die Info, dass es sehr teuer ist (100€ für 2 Personen!!!) und das glaub ich von irgendeinem Kumpel durchgeführt wurde... der hat uns drei Spots gezeigt, paar Fotos gemacht und that‘s it! Meget behjælpelig personale og de har lavet ny mirgenmadsrestaurant- lys og venlig. Steder ligger meget afsindigt- dårlig vej!.... hytterne er rummelige, med meget mørke og tynde, så alt lyd fra byggepladser omkring, hunde der gør og andet går direkte igennem de papirtynde vægge! Strømmen/aircondition går ofte så der bliver meget varmt og ikke mindst fugtigt i hytten. Poolen en meget varm, og føles som et bad i DK at hoppe i- ingen nedkøling så den brugte vi næsten ikke. De udlejer scooter ud, og denne service gjorde vi brug af- billigt og en sjov måde at komme rundt på.
