Batu Karang Lembongan Resort & Spa

"We had a lovely short but very sweet stay at this hotel. The location is everything and we were fortunate to have some great views from our room. Though the check in process could have been smoother, the staff were hospitable. We had to wait up at security for some time before being escorted down on the buggy to reception, we also contacted the hotel as we were at the rocky ferry harbour and had no way of reaching the hotel, I feel like this could be a possible free service that the hotel could offer to guests rather than it be something additional we paid for. The only other real downside was the pool closing at 4pm, a lot of people were shifted from the main pool so that set up for dinner could start- I think a more reasonable time for this would be 5pm given the set up in the morning is delayed due to breakfast. Other than that, we had a great stay and would recommend."

"Staff were super friendly & helpful. Very clean property. Food was good. Close to shops and Mushroom beach & tamarind beach. Just few suggestions if the sliding doors can repaired or replaced it is coming out of the rail. White linen like bedsheets and towels lost their original white colour. It’s time to replace the old plastic drinking glasses to the glass one. Overall we enjoyed the place."

"Everything was wonderful! The property was modern, quiet and clean. The ac was cold and the garden lush and well maintained. We enjoyed the pools, breakfast and helpful staff. We left something in the room and the staff kindly brought it to us at the harbor so we didn't miss our ferry."

"We stayed at dream beach hut for three nights. We found the hutt very charming and the a/c worked fine. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor bathroom with shower. the ocean view was partial but good. We had great conversation with the two young bartenders who were very friendly knowledgable and professional. They make world class cocktails, and we enjoyed their company as much as the cocktails themselves. One downside was that the restaurant open only at eight in the morning so some days we would go on tours and we couldn’t have breakfast at the hotel. I did not find the manager very welcoming. Maybe she was just having a bad day or two. I would recommend this hotel for the pool, the beach but not the restaurant. There are many options at walking distance though."

"IT WAS A NICE STAY HEREEE. spacious room, spacious bathroom, good water, nice pool (!75cm!!), they provide you water dispenser so you dont have to buy mineral water (also you can get cold water from the water dispenser!). big storage, a lot of place to sit, good breakfast. the breakfast experience was superb, in the morning with some lively birds around the pool. oh the welcome drink is also super refreshing! amazing experience staying here:)"

"The place is very cute. Loved the little villas. Stairs down into the bathroom were a little scary but so long as you were careful theyre OK. Man who runs the place is very friendly. Great wifi and super handy to Dream Beach and Devils tears. Can also easily walk to Mushroom beach for swimming. Great pool."

"Friendly staff, always helpful and attentive! Great amenities; they offered a scooter rental for 100k/day including helmet, nice and clean pool, the restaurant next door was great, and has a lovely view of the ocean! My only issue was that there were a lot of ants around the property and sometimes in the room. "
