Perfectly located to explore the South Downs National Park , Sussex Coast and the wonderful historic Towns of Arundel and Petworh , all are within easy striking distance of this well equipped Family Home . With it's huge Kitchen/Diner/Living Room , large (heated) in-ground swimming pool and Garden, Dining Gazebo, BBQ & Fire Pit , Table Tennis Table and even a Cricket Practise net, it's also the perfect place to gather as a family and just relax ! Woodland in the South Downs is located on the Nothern Edge of the charming Village of Bury, 10 Miles from the Beach (Climping & Ferring nearest) , 3 Miles to both Pulborough and Amberley Train Stations , 5.7 Miles from Arundel Castle and 7 Miles to Petworth House & Gardens. There is a well stocked Farm Shop (Charlies) full of fresh local produce 2 Minutes drive away, as well as an excellent local Pub/Restaurant in Bury Village (The Squire & Horse) . The wider local area is also very well served with other quality dining options, including the Boathouse at Houghton Bridge, Amberley and the Amazing 'Pig in the South Downs' Restaurant at Madehurst, just 4 Miles away.
