The staff were all very lovely and helpful! Really enjoyed the variety of food options. The hotel grounds where beautiful and well kept. There’s a variety of pools to swim in to avoid over crowding, and easy access to the beach. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend to others.

We stayed at RIU Vallarta with a pretty big group and overall, we had a great time! The resort itself is beautiful, the pools were fun, the beach was right there, and there was always something going on. The staff were friendly and worked really hard, and with a group our size, we were still able to enjoy meals and hang out together without too much trouble. I would recommend RIU Vallarta if you're looking for a lively, fun all-inclusive and aren't expecting a super high-end luxury resort.

Excellent hotel. We enjoyed this hotel very much with many activities that were offered. We also liked the proximity to the other hotel for enjoying the other pools and the Riu Party

The general grounds are well kept but rooms could use updating. Lots of amenities and activities. Hospitality is superb. The staff are wonderful hosts.

Great amenities. Great staff. Wonderful restaurants and entertainment. Room was clean and comfortable. Transfer from airport to hotel and back was excellent on time and not crowded with other families.

Hotel is beautiful, great service, big, clean rooms with great views, great staff, very attentive, the beach it is on has warm water and soft sand with light waves, the two poolside bars have very attentive bartenders who make great drinks and serve you quickly, and the multiple pools on the property are warm. there’s always enough room for everyone, hotel provides plenty of beach and poolside lounge chairs, same with the restaurants and buffet, plenty of room so you don’t really have to wait for much unless the resort is super full, the property is large, but very walkable, would recommend to family and friends because we had an amazing time here.

I loved the hotel; the staff was very friendly. I highly recommend it for its safety. The location was perfect, with an amazing ocean view and no crocodiles.

The room barely had ocean view literally had to step out to balcony and peer through patio next door to view it. Rooms are outdated bed uncomfortable. Staff seemed more attentive to the locals. Never was able to book reservations at steakhouse everyday it was booked. Check in staff was friendly. Hosts at buffet were too.

The pools are WARM during this time. Felt like bath water. The beach wonderful so many loungers and palm trees! The room was fantastic and the wait staff was so kind! The pools were always a little crowded so keep that in mind especially with the families. Overall pretty hotel! I would stay again
