I want to go back again, loved it. All staff very friendly, pool excellent, food fantastic. Very spacious rooms and balcony, fabulous views over the bay. Great beach, very safe and clean. I would recommend this hotel, a bit of luxury.

We really enjoyed our stay. All our hotel requests were granted and our suite was divine. The hotel is in a convenient position overlooking the marina (great for various boat trips) and close to the excellent beach. There is also a large bus station nearby from which other parts of the island (including the capital, Las Palmas) are accessible. Unfortunately, Puerto Rico itself is a victim to tourism and the indoor shopping centre should be avoided, unless you enjoy Irish bars and English...

This hotel in a very good location on a short walk from the shopping centre and a 10 minutes walk from the beach. The hotel room is really nice and we even had a jacuzzi. All the staff was really nice and me and my husband couldn't be happier to be staying in there.

The staff were (again) super. The breakfast team were always welcoming and eager to help and Anna from reception was wonderful. The room was perfect. Mum is disabled and needs a scooter to get around, the lift access to each floor meant everything was available but the lower lift remises broken for our entire trip which meant reliance on taxis from the top or me dismantling and carrying it down the steps while mum had to stand. Clean, good location, nice hotel

We were very impressed with this hotel. Excellent value. Beautiful clean modern rooms, fabulous sun terrace with jacuzzi. Lovely pool area. Very good location for walking down to beach and also to shopping centre. We could not have chosen anywhere better. Fabulous.

We know the island very well and usually stay in self-catering apartments but this time we thought we'd had a bit of luxury and we were not disappointed! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. having stayed at Sunsuites for 12 times in past 7 years I believe that will tell you what I think about the apartments. They have upgraded the apartments in the past year and this has certainly enhanced the visitor experience. Ideally situated being very close to the main commercial centre but still in a very quiet location

From arrival, the reception staff, the cleaning, restaurant,bar staff were all very friendly, the food was excellent, hot food was hot. No shortage of anything, and free bus down to the beach was ver welcoming as the hotel sits high up. Would definitely recommend.

2 adults and 2 teenage girls. Our room was secluded from the main walk way with a private patio and garden with a beautiful sea view. The rooms were cleaned twice during the week and the bed linen changed once. The air con is ceiling fans, but the windows in the bedroom had metal shutters, so opening the window and closing the shutter meant air circulation was not a problem. Great location with views to the sea and Marina. Very clean and friendly hotel. Good facilities with big pool and plenty of sunbeds. Rooms have everything you need for self catering stay. The beds are big and very comfy.

We only wanted a little 5 night break, we normally do book all inclusive but decided self catering as only there for a short time, we arrived midday and our room was ready and what a suprise we had, over looking the pool, lovely big balcony with sunbeds to relax on if not wanting to go to the pool, the apartment itself was lovely and bright, 1 bedroom and bathroom and a sofa bed ( that was the only let down) it was rock solid unfortunately, this could easily be fixed with a topper that they use...

Truly relaxing, staff friendly helpful and efficient. Excellent choice of food and drinks, sea view apartment had fantastic views. Excellent location for nearby bays though the walk back tests your fitness, taxi only 3 euros if you don't want to walk! The adult area with sunloungers and jacuzzi pool is pure bliss. I will definitely go back to this hotel, excellent value for money

Hotel staff are great . They dpeak many languages and communication skills are perfect . At the weekends the hotel gets full of locals and gets s bit loud but its to be expected . Overal very good value for monry
