In the morning, you can have breakfast on the terrace, which is accessible from the kitchen. Until the evening you can relax on the terrace, which you enter from the living room, and the small pool. And for those who do not like to sit in the sun, there are plenty of shade donors available. The house consists in the lower level of the living room with sofa (pull out to bed) and wall unit with TV and the well-equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine) and the "half" Bathroom with toilet and sink. Upstairs are the two bedrooms each with a double bed (a bedroom with balcony access and TV) and the bathroom with bath with shower enclosure and toilet, bidet and sink. There are plenty of parking spaces for passenger cars on the street. The house is located in the district of La Paz, which is known for its high proportion of German tourists and residents. The boulevard of La Paz with numerous, partly also run by German restaurants, bars, cafes and pubs as well as shops and supermarkets is only about 5 minutes walk from the house. The center of Puerto de la Cruz is about 15 minutes and the beach Martiánez about 20 minutes. The Botanical Garden is in the other direction not far from the house. In addition, it is an ideal starting point for hikes. So in the immediate vicinity you have everything your heart desires to enjoy a carefree holiday: shopping, holiday activities, dining opportunities and much more. To Puerto de la Cruz: This city is the "metropolis" on the north coast of Tenerife. The island capital of Santa Cruz is half an hour, the south airport an hour's drive away. Puerto, as the town is called short, has many faces and offers each visitor his personal highlight. In the old town you can find numerous Canarian-style houses with typical wooden balconies. The square "Plaza del Charco" near the small fishing port is the hub of city life. Here everyone will find a restaurant for their taste or a cozy bar for a Vino Tinto and a few tapas. From here, a long beach promenade stretches to Playa Martiánez. The "Lago Martiánez" swimming pool, designed by the Canarian artist César Manrigue, is a huge bathing area right on the Atlantic coast. Another sandy beach, the "Playa Jardin", is located on the other side of Puerto. This beach landscape was also designed by César Manrique. In addition to bars and cafes, there is also a playground and sanitary facilities. A few meters further on you will reach the world-famous Loro Parque. Above the city center is the Parque Taoro, which offers from its elevated position a beautiful view over Puerto. It's also well placed for excursions to the mountains and towns of the Nothern areas of Tenerife. The garden is lovely, we spent a lot of time relaxing in it, the pool is great, not heated though, so in the winter season you don't want to linger in it for too long :) The house has everything you need, the kitchen and bathroom could use an update, but they're absolutely fine for a holiday. We had a really relaxing and lovely holiday, and would definitely return to this property. ##### Tony S. Das Bad ist modern, im EG gibt es eine zusätzliche Toilette. Ideal für 4 Personen.Die Lage ist gut, um den Norden zu erkunden (Loropark, Orotava, Teide, in 25 Minuten ist man in Santa Cruz de Tenerife). Wenn man vor 17h zurück ist, findet man einen Parkplatz in der unmittelbaren Nähe. Es befindet sich tief genug, um unterhalb der Passatwolken zu liegen – dadurch hatten wir oft trockenes und angenehmes Wetter.Für alle, die absolute Abgeschiedenheit suchen, ist die Lage vielleicht nicht ideal – aber für alle anderen, ob jung oder alt, unserer Meinung nach genau richtig. Dank der zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer ist das Haus auch für vier Personen sehr gut geeignet.Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt – das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet, sauber und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Die beiden Schlafzimmer bieten viel Stauraum und das moderne Bad sowie die zusätzliche Toilette sind neu und sauber. Für uns vierköpfige Familie war es genau die richtige Unterkunft.Nicht zu vergessen der bei unseren Kindern beliebte Pool und der Garten mit Schatten spendendem Bäumchen. La maison était parfaite pour nous, tout y était pour notre confort. Le terrain est magnifique avec son manguier, ses plantes, sa piscine et sa superbe terrasse. La maison est à distance de marche de l'épicerie, de plusieurs restaurants, terrasses et boutique et du centre ville de Puerto de la Cruz. La propriétaire à répondu à nos questionnements rapidement. Le stationnement a été un plus pour nous considérant que nous avions loué un véhicule pour la durée de notre séjour. Bei der vielfältigen Ausstattung speziell der Küche fehlt es an (fast) nichts. Nur das zweite, kleinere Schlafzimmer ist etwas eng und könnte mal ein wenig überholt werden. Die Gastgeberin reagiert sehr schnell und hilfsbereit auf Anfragen, so dass auch das Ein- und Auschecken problemlos läuft. Insgesamt also eine klare Empfehlung! ##### Inko N. Man konnte alles gut erreichen und hatte es nicht weit zum Wasser. Die Kinder haben täglich nach und vor den Ausflügen den Pool genutzt und hatten dabei viel Spaß. Einziges Problem ist wie immer auf Teneriffa die Parkplatzsituation. Wer 18:00 Uhr zurück kommt ergattert noch einen der letzten Parkplätze. Das hängt aber wahrscheinlich mit der Hauptsaison zusammen. Alles in allem war die Unterkunft sehr gemütlich! ##### Uwe K. L'emplacement de la maison est idéal: au fond d'une impasse, près des commerces, à 10mn à pied du centre de Puerto de la Cruz. La maison est propre et très fonctionnelle avec beaucoup d'équipements, nous n'avons maqué de rien. La piscine est parfaite pour se rafraichir et le petit jardin très agréable. La propriétaire est joignable très facilement et répond très rapidement aux questions. Nous n'hésiterons pas, si nous retournons aux canaries, à reprendre cette location! ##### sonia c.
