PARKING



One assigned parking space is included. The spaces are arranged in tandem, so a neighbor may park behind your vehicle. If this happens, you may need to move your car to let them out. We appreciate your cooperation in coordinating this during your stay.



ELEVATOR



The building has an elevator. It is operated and maintained by the condominium management, so we can’t guarantee its availability or control repair timelines.
