"After an initial question by the host, which I answered, I received no responses from him to the two or three questions I had. We had no check-in information. Sitting outside the property, I called him. Fortunately he answered. He gave us the door pass code, which got us in. There was no information inside about the WiFi or other amenities. It is a beautiful property right on the ocean, but I had no access code to enter the pool area and the beach."

"As advertised, modern condo steps from beach.The condo and area exceeded our expectations. It's situated in a safe gated beachfront community between Cozumel, Playa del Carmen and Tulum which are all 30 minutes or less by car and ferry in Cozumel's case. It has good restaurants and bars all within walking distance. Property staff and host Susana are very responsive and helpful. Very relaxing and fun, we had a great time. "Property itself was nice but dated. Looks like they completed a make over but failed to add additional charging outlets in the rooms. The electrical outlet that were located were being used by lamps. outlets and switches were either falling apart or simply broken. Property did not have a children's swimming pool area per sea. It's an older property but very well maintained. Food was to be desired I would give the food a poor rating with very limited choices to make despite it being a buffet style. Staff was friendly and helpful."
