"Beautiful location! Tranquil retreat, amazing food, very friendly and helpful staff. We booked some tours through the hotel as well and our guide was fantastic. We had a great experience. The hotel offered early morning coffee before the restaurant opened to enjoy out by the pool or on the beach. The restaurant had very friendly and diligent wait staff. Every meal and beverage I ordered was my favorite. Every employee we spoke to was always happy to help. It was in the 80’s-90’s during our visit and the A/C in the room worked perfectly. We rented a car and found it easy to drive to Puerto Escondido to explore the town (though navigation became a little more difficult at night.) 10/10 hope to return!"

"Although the accommodations themselves weren’t exactly what I expected, the staff truly made a positive difference, Renata, Paola and Karen. They were incredibly kind, reassuring, and always willing to help. They guided me through everything I needed and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Their friendliness and genuine care really stood out, and I appreciate all the support they provided. Thank you for making the experience much better!"
