"The rooms are incredibly spacious, spotless, and have great AC, huge showers, and nice private balconies. But honestly, what makes this place so special is the vibe and the incredible service. The entire staff is so incredibly friendly, and the concierge was a total lifesaver—both girls were incredibly helpful and would happily order taxis for us whenever we wanted to go out, which made getting around so stressful-free. Another huge plus is that they provide beach towels and umbrellas for free, so you can just grab them and head straight to the sand without worrying about extra charges.Also, don't skip the food! The breakfast at their restaurant, Pacífica, is easily some of the best food we had in Puerto Escondido. i also loved how you can casually text the concierge through their whats app page if you need ANYTHING , even room service ! They also text you each morning to arrange your daily cleaning at a time that is covenient for you ! i would definitely stay there again!!!"

"We liked the breakfast & the room size is good. What we dint like was the road to get there, make sure you rent an all terrain vehicle because the streets are bad. No parking lot either you park outside the property. Walking distance to la punta is about 10 minutes. Also dint like that the plunge pool was not full and it would take forever to fill and the water was cold."
