The service Rene the bell guy was very friendly told us stories about the hotel wrong out of his way to help. Paulina at the front desk was very help full gave us tips about where to go very friendly, polite, and helpful I love the hotel but Paulina and Rene made my stay just great. Love it

NH Hotel in Puebla was a very well designed contemporary hotel that blended very well with its historic context. It was near two great restaurants: La Fonda de Mexicana and Amalfi. I ate at one of these two places almost every day. My three week visit was made extra special as the view from my room focused on the ancient St. Augustine Church and Convent. The hotel was very comfortable after I was shown how to operate the air conditioning. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I would stay there again in the future.

The hotel is well situated - only 3 blocks from the Zocalo. The hotel has a very traditional feel but the rooms are modernly equipped. The room we stayed in was Alamo 11 which is at the back of the hotel - it's quite small but very comfortable. The best thing was after a cold tour of the city on the double decker bus we came back to one of the best showers - hot and great pressure. The beds are comfortable and come made with good linens and pillows. The breakfast in the morning was a great added bonus. The staff were knowledgeable with enough english so that we could communicate quite well.

Best hotel in Puebla, bar none! Centrally located, great rooms, super helpful and friendly staff!

This is a nice hotel in a convenient central location. Rooms are very clean with lots of ventilation. When using the small bathroom you feel like in an airplane! There is no closets to hang your cloths! There is no air conditioned rooms. There is no help to carry tour luggage from the sidewalk to the reception located in a upper level floor. Price is acceptable and sometimes breakfast is included...

We liked everything about this hotel and we had a very good 2 night stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The location was perfect, one block from the huge square and walkable to everywhere in the historic center.
