Feel cozy and at home! Perfect Location For Exploring!

  • Your cumfy getaway awaits in Provo at our lower private unit of our home with private entrance. With 3 bedrooms including; 1 king Suite with private full size bath, and 2 queen bedrooms with a shared bath. This is perfect for everyone, including couples, families, or groups of friends. Full kitchenette with full size oven/stove, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer. Stocked Coffee and Tea knook with coffee pod maker (variety of coffee and tea pods included) that also provides hot water for tea and hot chocolate. At the end of the day, enjoy relaxing in the yard and hot tub. BBQ on sight for your use too!

    Close to great outdoor adventures like hiking, rock climbing, Sundance Mountain Resort, 5th Water Hot Springs, and Utah Lake State Park. Quick drives over to BYU, UVU, downtown Provo, as well as shopping, movie theaters, and restaurants.

    Winter sunsets are great here, and hard to look away in the moment.

This was a great place to stay for our 1 night passing through the area. We could make our own food, stay in separate rooms, take a walk in a family-friendly neighborhood, and enjoy a hot tub. Way better than a hotel, and for less money!

Very nice place. The kitchen was sticked with everything we needed to make meals for the two days we were there. Also, nice touch with a spice rack! There were games to play and really a lot of nice touches. The rooms were great and everyone commented on the good night sleep we had.

Everything besides the parking was great! There was one designated spot on the driveway, however you had to go over the curb to get into it. The street was full of cars most of the time so luckily our vehicle was able to go over the curb no problem. Host was very helpful and responsive regarding check in, out and questions.

Clean and comfortable. Beds were especially comfortable and we loved having access to a hot tub. There was great communication during every step of the process and they were quick to respond to questions. The couch was big and a comfortable place to relax. The kitchen area is not large but has the amenities that are needed.

The house is great and is very convenient to Provo and Springville. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The host was very responsive. The three bedrooms are great and the beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms are small but functional and it was really nice to have two bathrooms. You will park on the side of the house and may have to have one tire hop a curb so a small car may not make it into the parking spot but there is plenty of close street parking and the neighborhood is very quiet so no worry if you do park on the street (we parked one truck in the parking spot and a car in the street). You will walk down a few stairs to get to the apartment in the back of the house. Overall a great stay and we will be looking to use it again.

Host was superb! There was shampoo and conditioner and body wash in both bathrooms. Lots of towels and blankets etc. blow dryers in both bathrooms. Tv worked great and we just logged into an our own streaming services easily. Very clean. He provided laundry detergent as well. There was a nice view of Utah lake from the hot tub. Couch was very comfy to watch Christmas movies from. Close to downtown Provo and Orem.
Kitchen had microwave and full supplies of coffee and spice rack. Also lots of plates utensils and a dishwasher.
We spent Christmas here and put up a little tree.

We enjoyed our stay! It was very accommodating with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a washer and dryer, and hot tub if we needed to use it. Everything was very clean and the host was super helpful and willing to make our stay comfortable. The price was very reasonable, which I appreciated as well!

We had a great stay! Everything was exactly as described, and we didn’t run into any issues during our visit.
