The only thing missing is a washer/dryer but there is probably a laudromat nearby. Would recommend this place if you’re visiting the SLC area. We were here for vacation so it suited our needs. The apartment is new, modern, cosy and has everything we needed. The location is great, close to stores and restaurants, but also to the Provo canyon. The only downside we have experienced is that it’s quite noisy. At some points very noisy, which for us unfortunately was quite disturbing. The hosts were very helpful and kind! The dining and living room area are large and easily accommodated our party of six. We were able to watch movies, play games, cook, and build puzzles together in the living space without feeling crowded. This apartment is in a quiet neighborhood but close to shopping, restaurants and UVU. The apartment also is well-lit and has lots of natural light. Some of the other reviews mentioned noise issues. Here is our perspective and experience. It is a basement apartment and there was some noise that we expected and felt was normal. The HVAC (it is a bit louder) and upper floor noise never interfered with our activities during the day or sleep at night.
