The inside boasted a clean and bright studio-like space with all brand new appliances, an elegantly designed bathroom, and a full-sized stackable washer and dryer. Generally, it utilized every inch of a small space, like a Manhattan apartment would. The patio allowed enough space for us and our dog, however we were reluctant to use the grill as it was adjacent to a wooden fence and the front window. Granted it was a brand new property, some improvements can be made; with the microwave often blowing out, the electrical would have to be altered; additionally, we had to request for someone to drop off an iron and ironing board, which they kindly delivered immediately.
