"Room and bathroom were very small and bed frame so close to the wall that I bloodied my shin. I mentioned this to the manager who agreed and said they had tried bumpers on the bed frames but they kept falling off."

The hotel is run down as well and the receptionist room smelled like a dirty laundry… which was another red flag. We would not recommend this arrogant hotel"

"The second floor, ocean-view suite is worth the extra money! Rooms are neat as a pin, and the gentleman who has checked us in every time we have stayed is simply delightful! Rooms and lobby decor have a mid-century modern vibe, and if you get a suite, you will have 2 huge bathrooms! I cannot rave about this place enough, and it’s a quick walk, bike, or drive into the action on Commercial Street….but then back to the peaceful ocean view when you want to recharge. "

"The cost was very reasonable, and we enjoyed the walk into town. The rooms look like they were recently remodeled, and are in excellent condition, the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. A nice free breakfast available (limited but good)."
