I want to start by saying as soon as I checked in it was horrible. The lady at front desk by the name of JANE was extremely unprofessional rude and racist. We arrived at 4:15 check in time is 4:00 she rudely said your room isn’t ready you can figure out what you’re going to do until we call you, they called me about an hour later. I asked about how long she said she doesn’t know. There was a young man there working with her she refused to let him speak to us. She wanted it to be known she’s in charge. She was HORRIBLE if this JANE continues to work at this place they will lose the little business they already have. The rooms look NOTHING like in the pictures, very old rooms. However I did enjoy my ocean view. This place is run down dirty old smelly. If you ask the staff a question no one knew anything. The kitchen/bar is closed at all times. A male worker followed my friend on his bike to the room thinking she was alone until he saw me open the door he left his bike there and ran off. A friend of mine staying on the second level found foot prints on her balcony that weren’t there the first night. Seem like someone was snooping around checking to see if windows or doors were open. Did not feel safe here at ALL! They have no cameras nor security. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They really need to update the whole place including the staff and add security or at least cameras.

We had a nice stay. We do wish the pool bar and inside bar were open later. I asked for a cup of water at the pool bar after purchasing two drinks and the bartender said they charge for water. I feel as though there should be a self service water station at the bar and tap water should be included with the resort fee.

My husband and I spent 4 days. Breakfast was supposed to be included but, upon our arrival we were informed that the onsight restaurant was not open. nor was the pool We were forced to walk or drive to a nearby restaurant for breakfast each day. This cost us additional money that we did not anticipate. We would have stayed elsewhere closer to the center of Provincetown had we known this. Probably will no return to this hotel.

Easy parking and nice location. Property needs renovation and deep cleaning. Dirty and falling apart. Bed was broke and patio door was open upon check in. Room was adequately updated and clean. Not sure who is in charge. Requested manager and was told a different name each time and that they were not in. Following up next day was told that person did not work there. Ok for a night stay over but not worth the price.

When we checked in they told us that none of the room type we booked was cleaned, the front desk was a bit chaotic, trying to get the line up of people checked in. But for our trouble they gave us a free upgrade on our room. But the room they gave us is great and the property is beautiful, would definitely stay here again.
