Communication with Paul was timely. Plenty of towels and a comfortable king bed.It is an older building with a few older windows that need to be propped open, but it wasnt an issue for us. Its in a great location and a quiet neighborhood. The only noise we encountered was one night when the ladies staying above us came home after 11:00 and talked non stop up the street, by our first floor bedroom window and when they got upstairs. A pair of ear plugs that I always carry came in handy :) My favorite thing is its a 2 minute walk to the beach to capture sunrises and hitting the xoffee shop on the way back to the apartment.
