Finished in October 2025, this contemporary retreat offers the ideal combination of sleek modern architecture and relaxed coastal charm—just a 5-minute stroll from Grace Bay Beach and its collection of restaurants, cafés, and island activities. Inside, every space has been thoughtfully designed for both comfort and style. Sunlight pours through large windows into the open-concept living area, where modern furnishings and clean lines create an airy, welcoming atmosphere. The fully equipped chef’s kitchen and adjacent dining area make hosting effortless, whether for a family dinner or a casual brunch before the beach. Outdoors, unwind on the private pool terrace surrounded by lush greenery, or head up to the rooftop lounge, complete with seating areas, games, and bicycles for guests to explore the neighborhood. As the sun sets, the rooftop transforms into a perfect gathering spot with sweeping island views. Ideally located, Lumiere East is within a 5-minute drive to Graceway Gourmet supermarket, just 10 minutes from the airport, and close to top tour operators and water adventures. Grace Bay’s pristine sands and other spectacular beaches are all within a short 15-minute drive—placing the best of Turks and Caicos right at your doorstep. Bedroom Breakdown: Upper Level: Master Suite: King-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, flat-screen TV, opens to a private balcony and pool views. Bedroom 2: Queen bed, shared bathroom, flat-screen TV. Bedroom 3: King-sized bed, shared bathroom, flat-screen TV. Notes: • At the time of booking, VRBO will only charge their service fee. We will follow up with payment details to complete your reservation. A 20% deposit is due to secure your booking; the remaining balance is due 90 days prior to arrival. • One additional guest, including babies/infants, may be permissible with a supplemental fee. • Our villas include a coffee maker, washer & dryer, gas BBQ grill, beach towels, hairdryers, iron/ironing board (upon request), and a starter supply of paper products (which are not replenished). Portable beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler are typically available but are not guaranteed. Baby gear, kayaks, and SUPs are not usually included but can be rented. Post-COVID, most of our villas do not include communal snorkel gear. • A $375 (+ tax) cleaning fee is added to the rental rate, and housekeeping services are provided once mid-week (\*applicable to 7-day stays only). • Electricity is metered to discourage a/c use with the windows open. There is an allowance of 500kw for electricity. The excess will be billed to the guest at the actual cost.
