"Not being able to walk around the bed to get in the opposite side is difficult but it wasn't a big issue.
Having to control everything off of an ipad is novel but I imagine if it was accidentally dropped and damaged it would be a pretty expensive bill. A very delicate and expensive remote control isn't something I would choose but you are pretty much forced to use it."
"The only minor issue was finding it. Look for the Huge Copley Square sign and you are great!!!
Logan express from the airport will take you to Back Bay at no cost. Then you just had a short walk to the hotel. Amazing place"

"The receptionist at the front desk, older lady with white hair was very rude to me upon checking in. I did not realize that I had two reservations for the same days. I thought that one was canceled.. she was very aggressive on how she spoke to me.. "Mrs Quarrick so what do you wanna do". Such a simple mistake on the person who was suppose to cancel my 1st reservations . The receptionist did not inform us about breakfast or traveling to the airport upon leaving... she also gave me keys to the room that weren't even activated so I had to walk down and asked a different receptionist Jackie and she was polite enough and activated them for me.. the only reason I can't remember the lady name cause I was so upset.. long travel to get help by someone rude.. The inspection paper in the elevator is expired from two months ago.. there was a rip in the carpet so we had to keep making sure that the door closed all the way cause it kept getting stuck on it. Wasn't gonna complain and feel more uncomfortable there so I bared with it.. I would not stay at that location again."
