"You literally can't select a more centrally located hotel than this one. It is smack in the middle of Harvard Square. Restaurants and the campus are all walkable. The stadium is a 12 minute walk. CVS is down the street. Lots of food options everywhere. Loved this. One minor issue is the hotel doesn't have ice machines and the rooms have coolers. When traveling for sports with families, it's nice to have both. We called for room service and 45 minutes later (and an additional prompt), they finally brought ice to the room. First world issues, but it was annoying. NOTE: make sure if you order a room with two beds, you're aware that they also have DOUBLE beds. We didn't notice this until it was too late. All that aside, we loved our stay there!!"

"The hotel is conveniently located close to downtown, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance. There is no free parking and offered paid parking by the hotel is 35$ for 24 hrs ( not sure if better options available) The rooms and shared bathrooms were clean, well maintained, and comfortable throughout our stay. The check-in experience was average. While the staff were polite, they seemed a little impatient when answering questions. A more welcoming and patient approach would make a big difference, especially for first-time visitors to the city."

"Great hotel in the heart of Cambridge. They have underground parking also !!! Staff was super helpful, we were Loving my daughter in for graduate school, they helped us with some logistics. Also the staff held a valuable for me till my daughter could come and get it so we could make our flight home. She retrieved the valuable I can not express how much I appreciate the trustworthiness of the staff and them going above and beyond."

"Great place to stay. Very clean rooms, great breakfast and great staff. Walkable to Harvard Square and very close to bus stops and 10 minutes walk to T stop. Had European vibes. Just a heads up: Rooms and bathrooms are smaller compared to regular chain hotels. If you don’t mind that this is an excellent place to stay."

"The hospitality is always on cue; quick responses from service representatives with a professional tone. The room was very clean as always. The drawers in room 200 would not stay closed causing an inconvenience especially for my children. Only one of the elevators worked. A huge concern is that the elevator does not have an automatic stop. We witnesses 2 other customers having to pull their limbs out."
