"Great hotel. Easy walk into town. Good size room with private outdoor area for that morning coffee. Pool area and gardens well maintained. Comfotable bed and airconditioned."

"We had a lovely, relaxing one-week stay at the Mirage. The location was great — only 3km from the city centre. There are shuttle buses into Airlie Beach at 10am, 12pm, and 2pm, though it would have been nice if they also offered a later shuttle around 4pm. The buffet breakfast was simple but good. The only downside was that there weren’t many dinner options at the restaurant. Staff were lovely and friendly. Unfortunately, the room was not properly cleaned on arrival. The bathroom, shower recess, and toilet all needed a thorough clean with bleach. The rooms are also looking a little dated and could benefit from some updating."
