"Rooms were large and clean. A little dim but most inns are. Prices were reasonable. Within walking distance to several coffee shops and the waterfront area. No views or balconies. I would recommend this spot. "

"Older hotel but very clean, comfortable, and accommodating. Took two of my grandchildren, 1 and 7. They both enjoyed the pool which was very clean and right by the water. We were surprised that the pool was open until 1 am but allowed us do all the activities of town and the. Come back and relax in the pool. It was great!!! Breakfast was okay. No room to sit so we took it back to our room. Choices were limited. Probably would be better if they just did danishes, donuts that are easy to pick up and go. Rooms have a fabulous view!!! We have made many trips to the island and plan to return. Will definitely be booking here again when we return. "

"the hotel room wasn't great, but the location is, your right on the main strip, everything is within walking distance, you also get complementary coffee and pastries from the shop next door. The best pastries on the island hands down!! The staff was wonderful. Really more like family, everyone was just so nice. I will bring my family back to the Maddox. we enjoyed it evry much.
