Breakfast menu has a good variety and is fresh. They have hot food including eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, coffee, tea, and then cereal, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, bagels and breads, juices, peanut butter, jelly, honey. My only problem is that i am lactose intolerant.

Beautiful, modern hotel in a great location-right in downtown Easton. Parking is easy and convenient to the hotel. My only complaint is that they don’t offer a complimentary breakfast , other than coffee and fruit.
