Within a mere ten-minute boat ride, residents can access the Patuxent River and Chesapeake Bay. However, from the vantage point of Mill Creek, the surrounding waters evoke the serene ambiance of a picturesque Northern Lake, nestled amidst the verdant pine forests. A newly renovated waterfront cottage with a warm charming appeal capture the unique features of this 1965 home. Take in the beautiful view of Brooks Cove, an inlet off of Mill Creek, from the large wrap around porch while enjoying the morning sunrise.
