Old property, nothing like the photos online. People smoking dope between the front entrance doors. Toilet didn’t work in the first room they gave me. I wouldn’t go outside at night. Rooms were clean. Bed was awful. The headboard was pleather and it was peeling and looked nasty. Will not return here.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful but due to their being a liquor store and lounge @ the back of the property we were concerned for the safety of our vehicles. Other then we enjoyed our stay!

The hotel was only 2 stories and we had room on the main floor. MISTAKE. We could hear cars coming and going all night. NOT to mention people in the hallways, almost all night. Then there was the most uncomfortable bed I've even attempted to sleep on. My hips and back hurt so bad, I didn't sleep a wink. And the breakfast, Expedia (and the hotel website) showed this hotel as having a "Free cooked-to-order breakfast available daily". No there wasn't. Just pre-made omlette, soggy sausages, cold tater tots, cold pieces of waffles. And the typical juices, cold cereals, muffins, etc. Pretty disappointing.

On behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for not meeting your expectations during your stay with us. We have been working diligently with our security team to prevent the issues you described above, and it is very challenging as we cannot control the actions of people. The bed issues will be resolved as we are in the beginning stages of a renovation which will give us a fresher and updated look. The "made-to-order" breakfast was a COVID-era offering, to which requires updating on the various travel sites, however, we do not have an independent website outside of Best Western, and I am unable to locate the "made-to-order" breakfast on the BW site web-page for us. We are pleased with the changes we have made to our breakfast service, as we have spent many weeks reviewing our guests wants and implementing what we could where it is feasible to do so. I again apologize that we did not meet your expectations, and perhaps in the future, you will reconsider staying with us so we have another chance to provide you with superior customer service.

I didn't like the 'fit and finish' of the bathroom vanity coming apart, no bathroom fan, the cups and ice bucket kept in the bathroom, loudness of the air conditioner, missing top sheet and terrible springs on the sofa bed. My family member's room had no mosquito screens on the windows.

The area around the property is not well taken care of. The room we received was dated and very dirty. During the night there was a dog barking. The best part of the stay was the breakfast. I know this review won’t go far…but this was our experience! Very doubtful we will stay again!!

It will be a several month process, with the interior of the building first, then the exterior. We are a pet-friendly hotel, and when there is a disturbance, please inform the Front Desk so we can contact the owner. And thank you for the compliment about our breakfast! We have listened to the feedback and comments we have received and made the changes accordingly to our breakfast service. Perhaps you will reconsider staying with us in the future again.

Booked room on line and when we arrived we didn’t receive the room we booked. Hotel said they didn’t have any of those rooms available yet I paid the higher rate to get that room and there were less than 10 cars in the parking lot. Front desk Told me to speak with the manager in the morning. We Went back to the room and there was No toilet paper, carpets not vacuumed, toilet dirty. Room was very warn down. We went back to the front desk and said we were leaving and The front desk person then said that we could get the room we booked but by this point we were not comfortable staying there and felt it was very unsafe. When we first arrived security was at the front desk dealing with Someone who was angry that wandered in off the street. Think they could have taken that away from the front desk. We ended up staying at the Best western premier property which was amazing with wonderful staff that go above and beyond.
