Τhis beautiful and comfortable apartment of 80 sq.m. is located very close to the city centre, but also in a quiet area, near the main (free) Parking.   
The apartment is fully renovated (2019), with new furniture, appliances, lighting and equipment and occupies the entire first floor of the building
