This was a fab place to stay. Surgically clean and the check in process was smooth and easy with quick responses from staff and was able to check in early. Modern and comfortable bed. I’ll definitely stay here again.

We had such a relaxing time. Just what was needed before heading back to work next week. The Aqua thermal journey was amazing- a whole two hours with no phone, no conversation just me and my thoughts. Bliss! The food was delicious and the staff were just lovely, so welcoming and friendly. Our room was beautiful and so comfortable. We paid for this with our Tesco Clubcard voucher so our whole stay cost £79 for dinner bed and breakfast for 2 nights.

Felt welcome from the moment we stepped in, everything explained well to us and even an apology letter for the fire alarm was provided which we really appreciated. definitely would stay again

I misread the directions and ended up at the wrong door but a helpful man on the phone put me right straightaway. The room itself was great - clean and well-kept, comfortable bed, good kitchen facilities, good shower and the complimentary breakfast cereal and snacks were a nice touch. I had a very comfortable stay and will choose Winckley again.

Hidden Gem slightly dated but extremely clean we really enjoyed our stay made to feel really welcome. Evening meal was outstanding along with breakfast this place is not the ritz but you get a 5 star service to rival the ritz We will definitely recommend & return

Hotel room and location was perfect. Really nice breakfast area overlooking a garden. Only downside was my requests for a crib was twice ignored and even then I got a broken crib

We booked this hotel as it was the only place that had the dates we needed and the availability. I can honestly say it was clean tidy..I have an OCD of cleaning and there was one hair I found that was all.. it's exactly how you would want it to be. I can not say a bad word about this hotel it was spot on for us. One member of staff who checked us in was absolutely lovely... they should proberly mention that if your paying with cash you have to give them a £50 deposit which you get back when you...

Booked this for my friend’s wedding as it was walking distance to the venue! Affordable room close to the river, quiet and clean. I liked having a fridge and oven etc although we didn’t need it. Owner was great, I asked if the room had a hairdryer as my partner forgot his and he sorted us out! Would stay again if I needed to go to Preston :)

Great to have free parking..the car park is very big...staff very helpful and friendly...had a lovely pleasant stay, would definitely stay again. Rooms clean and comfy
