"Stayed many times so won't repeat except to say the food is always exceptional and the staff are super friendly/helpful. The Sauna and Jacuzzi were broken on this visit, which was a shame as I was only there one night. Improvements: The Front Door to the Hotel is SO heavy, could an automatic Power Door not be fitted? The Parking - Although Third Party needs sorting. The tarmac at the entrance as you turn of the main road is and in the Car Park itself has massive craters in it that will damage your car if this continues."

"Hotel staff really good the restaurant staff very inexperienced and breakfast was served lukewarm I returned it and got a hot breakfast which was great except it wasn’t the same as the first one. £20 breakfast spend wasn’t a good way to do hotel breakfasts. Just my opinion"

"Staff fabulous. Food brilliant . Entertainment team great. The all inclusive package is good value and does include the Blackpool transport in this package which works out brilliant as we used the tram on all 6 days that we stayed. Also the first game of bingo is included on the all-inclusive each night. The Reception staff are very helpful and any requests or complaints you may have are soon quickly rectified. On phone calling the hotel , the response is quite quick and informative. However we do find booking directly with the hotel is more expensive by quite a lot compared to booking on other sites"

"We have stayed at this hotel several times now, we travel a lot for business & this breakfast is by far the best selection we’ve had throughout the UK. From the reception areas, breakfast area & bedrooms, everywhere is spotless, quirky little touches & notice boards, & friendly local staff - which is a breath of fresh air in today’s world! Lots of free parking(just remember to sign in at reception on arrival). Hotel is 5 mins from M6, Junction 23. As for value for money you’ll travel far to find a hotel like this!"

"Enjoyed my stay. Room was large with a pitch view and bathroom was also a good size. Good breakfast. Hotel is in a good location with a short walk to the sea front."
