"It was a comfortable night’s stay and the swimming pool was a nice bonus. The property is a little tired and could do with some refurbishing. However, it was clean and the service was good."

"The room was clean with just the basics. There is a need to remind guests how to utilize the room. We were given two keys (card) but was unable to use the TV or the electrical outlets. Even after informing the front desk, they took it for granted that something was wrong with the electricity. Eventually it was discovered that a card had to be placed in the receptacle near the doorway to activate the outlets. Apart from that minor inconvenience our stay was enjoyable. Oh breakfast was fantastic."

"Lovely old building has a certain charm. Breakfast room & breakfast itself is excellent & staff work like a real oiled machine. Buying drink vouchers makes drinks more affordable, albeit not a great variety. All told love staying here"

"The room was very clean and spacious the staff were very nice loved the food and the entertainment was excellent we even played bingo and met some lovely people the tram was right outside the hotel to take you to Blackpool town centre we will be booking again soon"

"For the price we paid it was a good room. It’s a very small double room but has everything you need, bring a hairdryer as there isn’t one in the room you have to ask at reception. They supplied a fan in the room and this was needed as, despite having the window open, the room gets hot really quickly."
