"It is in a very convenient location if you're going downtown, about 3 minutes to get to the train station. It's not too fancy. As a native NYorker, ot looks like an apartment complex that they bought.and decided to turn into a hotel. The furniture is definitely vintage. It is also affordable considering the rates of some hotels now."

"The absolute best location. Feels like a little hideaway for when you need to rest a bit before heading back out to explore NYC. The room, the bed, the shower all more than comfortable and clean. I can't sleep much in New York because the energy is too powerful. But I prefer this section of Times Square to the main part. Slightly more lowkey, less people, but still very much alive and colorful with tons of spots to visit. Walked right across the street to Junior's, it wasn't ever slammed, just steady. Walked like 5 minutes or less to see my show at the Winter Garden. I traveled alone and it feels like a safe place too. More than one entrance on side streets and security always posted up at the entry. CVS right there. Everything you could ever imagine right around the corner or within reasonable walking distance. "

"parking was hard to find maybe because it was the weekend bathroom look old with mold. "

"This hotel is great the rooms are immaculate, bedding changed daily, breakfast is good depending on what you want but small portions, I have accessible needs and use a manual wheelchair, but I didn’t need a disabled room, however I did request a room close to an elevator and it was not easy to manoeuvre round the corners/corridors (the room was miles away from elevator) we kept the room because it was massive and lovely, overall it’s a good place to stay in a great location, close to Times Square and Broadway "

"I book online and the kept taking security deposit $100 very time in check in and also they charge me 68 for room upgrade which is not fair "

"The only thing I don’t like is that the hotel doesn’t prepare bottle drinking water but gave you $15 per night credit to buy at the marketplace. Just about 2 bottle expensive water. Other than that, great location, spacey space. "

"Is what I expected...not the cleanest, but tolerable. Location was perfect and staff were helpful when needing assitance."

"Unfortunately I can not leave a positive review since we did not have hot water and had no choice but to take cold showers. I had to check out early due to this and since my wife was having heart surgery at Columbia which why we reserved Radio. I can say the room and overall facility presents well. However there are little furnishing and not too many places for a suitcase/belongings. The mattresses are a little too soft. Overall for the amenities that are offered, it is a bit overpriced. "
