Really good stay at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. We were given a lovely large room that was cool in the city’s heat. The location of the hotel is perfect. Lots of lovely and good bars and restaurants in this area. Be warned the mosquitos move into the city in July and August, specifically near the canal. The hotel was undergoing some works when we where there so I am sure what was already very good, is about to be even better. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

We had an amazing stay, family of 5 with 3 teenagers. The location was perfect, close enough to cortina without being too expensive or busy.
The place was very clean and spacious, checking was easy at the partner hotel boite. If you stay I highly recommend eating at Birraria da bause restaurant. We had an amazing meal there!

Beautiful room let down by the small details. Things like a tiny garbage minibar fridge which doesn't actually keep anything even to room temperature cool, only having two paper coffee cups and two coffee capsules provided in the room for 3 days, and a 20€ per person per day surcharge just to use the swimming pool. Didnt try the breakfast, luckily we waited to see it in the morning before paying - Ive had much better in backpacker hostels. I'm surprised by the overall stinginess in a supposedly 4 star hotel. The room - yes, 4 stars. But by pinching pennies at every opportunity (seriously, not even proper coffee cups or spoons??) it feels exploitative and the overall experience is more like 1.5 stars. Management needs a wakeup call.

"This really was a great hotel, probably one of the better airport hotels I’ve stayed at. It was the early hours of the morning when we arrived for a quick overnight stay. Helpful guy in reception, we even got an upgrade to a junior suite. Lovely big room, spotlessly clean. I will certainly be staying ..."
