Acomodação muito simples e precisa estar abaixo do preço no mesmo endereço para valer a pena. Chuveiro não esquenta, não há como trancar a porta por dentro (trinco), o sofá precisa ser trocado porque está direto na madeira e não possuem cadeiras de praia, cooler ou guarda sol que é disponibilizado em outras unidades no mesmo endereço. A porta do flat fica em frente à porta de emergência que dá acesso ao elevador de serviço, então como os banhistas usam só este acesso espere portas batendo e barulhos 24h por dia. Não há sossego porque a porta do flat é ao lado da TV e em frente ao sofá com muito barulho do lado de fora. Os pontos positivos são o ar condicionado que funciona muito bem, bem como microondas, fogão, utensílios de cozinha e vaga de garagem.
