O hotel é bom, café da manhã básico mas ok, quarto arrumado, toalhas precisando ser substituídas pois estavam já bem velhinhas. Solicitei uma toalha que estava faltando e papel higiênico que não tinha no banheiro e o recepcionista pediu para que eu fosse retirar lá embaixo, poderiam ter uma pessoa para atendimento. Fomos jantar no restaurante do hotel e o atendente estava claramente num mal dia, pois não foi nada cordial. Para uma noite de descanso está ok.

Quarto em que ficamos, precisa de manutenção urgente! Porta do banheiro não fecha, pois está "inchada". Torneira com vazamento. Deixamos a chave pra limpeza do quarto, não foram limpar. Única coisa que continua muito bom, é o café da manhã, o resto, precisa urgente de uma repaginada!

Cama péssima, para ficar ruim precisa melhorar e muito, banheiro sujo, chuveiro com tando limo/sebo/lodo que estava complicado de tomar banho. Vários 'remendos' de obras pelo banheiro mau acabados. Não recomendo esse hotel para absolutamente ninguém. Serviço de restaurante (janta) tando para pedir no quarto como para jantar no restaurante é pessimo, pela demora e mau humor de quem nos atende no local.

Assim que acessamos a acomodação verificamos que o lixo do hóspede anterior não havia sido recolhido. Verificamos, também, que a roupa de cama estava mexida e com aspecto de usada. Travesseiros mal cheirosos. Solicitamos a troca da fronha, mas não resolveu o problema, que só poderia ser resolvido com a substituição por travesseiros novos. Falta de flexibilidade e tolerância para tratar sobre check-out. Fizemos check-In por volta das 17h (domingo) e no momento do check-out, apesar de nossa solicitação, fomos obrigados a deixar o hotel até às 12h (segunda), em clara afronta a novas regras da hotelaria (Portaria nº 28/2025 do Ministério do Turismo) que garante o uso efetivo do quarto por, no mínimo, 21 horas.
