"The hotel is ok. This was a New Years stay, and for that it was pricey, but again New Years, so for this time of year an ok price. The staff is friendly, rooms are a good size, hot water works well, and you get a fridge, kettle, and a sink in a little separate room. A bonus would have been a microwave. No outlets near the bed, but they did let me borrow an extension cord. The carpet is pretty old, and the room in ok shape. I found the bed comfy enough and the room suited our needs for our stay....

"Family room had big bed for parents and small one for child. Very nice room, hotel lobby very nice, reception people great. Bathroom a little small for family use, shower only no tub. Great location, right next to a train line to CBD."

"The best part of this hotel is the service at front desk which was really exceptional. The ladies in particular on front desk were so helpful, quick to offer an upgrade because the TV didn’t offer Netflix! Bathroom in the bedroom situation is major problem- bathroom sink is literally next to the bed so if you want to wash your hands in the middle of the night no way your companion won’t get woken. Toilet is frosted glass and doesn’t go all the way up and neither is there an extraction fan. ...
