This hotel was ideally located for our event. The staff were welcoming and friendly. A breakfast is available in the main services Parking was easy, however there is additional charge for parking that wasn't included in the booking. Unfortunately one of our rooms was not ready when we arrived - almost 2 hours after check-in. Which was a little frustrating as we had done the checkbin online to save time.. The main issue with the hotel is cleanliness and noise. There are lots of cobwebs, dead bugs in lamps/fans etc in the bedroom. Ultimately quite run down, and soundproofing isn't quite there, so you could hear people slamming doors and running around

Like others have said, the room was a little dated with some limescale and wear and tear mainly in the bathroom, but everything in working order and good enough for the price. The room was very clean, smelled fresh and the bed was comfortable. It even had a tall fan. The staff were very friendly and helpful, there's a lift for when you have bags and of course the services with shops are very close so it feels safe with lots of amenities, and surprisingly quiet. Parking is £5 per night which is very reasonable, only thing is most of the parking near the hotel is electric so you can't park that close if not an EV. Overall I'd definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Easy check in/out. Was quiet in the hotel which was good. Room had a musky smell. Found hairs in the bedding. Breakfast was served by one of the M25 services stalls, which was ok, but would've preferred a buffet for more choice rather than just a full English.
