We definitely loved our stay, staff was excellent. Tina at the breakfast buffet was lovely and their 20 yr old Pepita (cat) was the highlight of our day, the kids loved her and were excited coming to the property to see her and pet her. The beds were not comfortable but the view paid for it. The property is 20 mins walk to the city center but the walk was pleasant, sometimes we took the local internal bus for $1.80 euros.

Our stay was magical! Amazing views, clean room and premises, truly lovely staff willing to make our stay the best possible, and DELICIOUS breakfast by the sweetest Tina. I truly hope to make my way back to Positano and get the chance to stay here again. My husband and I made long lasting memories thanks to Hotel Florida.

Amazing place to stay in Positano. You truly can’t beat the view of the city from this hotel. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was 10/10, plenty of options, fresh and delicious. You won’t regret staying here while visiting Positano.

I could not recommend Florida Residence more! The staff were very kind, helpful and welcoming. They arranged a pickup from the airport for us and made my boyfriend and I both feel very comfortable and at home! The apartment style room we stayed in was very spacious, clean and had everything we could need. The location is perfect for not being too busy but still great and close to beaches, restaurants and shops. I 100% would recommend Florida Residence to stay in Positano!!

The room was honestly beautiful. The balcony was insane. We had the apartment which was honestly phenomenal so big. The staff was so nice and helpful and always there to answer our questions. Breakfast was delicious. Good options truly recommend this place.

This may very well be my favorite place I have ever stayed. I have no complaints, only compliments. The property is gorgeous, the rooms are lovely, the view is unreal, the staff is incredibly kind and helpful, the location is great. Seriously, cannot say enough. If I was going back to Positano, I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Our stay at florida residence was great, though there is room for improvement. Pros: -location was convenenient for us - breakfast was plentiful - we had a massive balcony with a great view of the city - it is elevated, so a climb to get there but away from the crowds - the staff were all very friendly Cons: - The rooms were clean, however our shower was very moldy. - The rooms are very pieced together with random ikea furniture with a very hard bed. - The walls are very thin so we could hear everything is other rooms all ngiht long. - The pool didnt look very clean and the cushions on the rooftop patio were quite stained.

Absolutely delightful! Agnello and Amalia were incredibly helpful with ensuring a seamless check in and check out process, providing great tips on how to effectively explore Positano, and coordinating flawless transport to and from Positano. Cannot recommend highly enough and plan on returning soon! We will cherish the memory of our stay always!

Loved our apartment stay here! The owners are so kind and attentive to all our needs. We made full use of our private terrace for sunrises and sunsets. Clean and comfortable rooms. We enjoyed the breakfast everyday and there was a wide variety of items to choose from for vegetarians too! Amazing cappuccino with the best views of the town. Location was perfect for a more quiet stay with just a 15-20 min walk down the road (no stairs) all the way to city centre and an option to bus up with the stop right infront of the hotel. Additionally, Pupetto beach club was also a quick 10 minute stairs down. We really appreciated the warm welcome with a bottle of wine and the fact the stay had shampoo and conditioner. Only thing I would add is that the check in instructions should indicate how to get up the stairs to the church in order to get to the bus stop/ taxi stand with luggage in case you are uncomfortable using the porter service.

It's a bit tricky to find but once you do, you're in for a treat. The suite was large with breathtaking views and it's not in the hustle bustle part of the city. You can still easily walk to shopping and beaches. We loved the suite and the staff and included breakfast were amazing.

We booked an apartment with a washing machine, private patio, and amazing views. The location was ideal, right next to the steps leading to all the beach clubs. The air conditioner was efficient, and our friendly host, Aniello, checked us in and helped us carry our luggage. Breakfast was included and offered a variety of options, including freshly made espresso drinks by Tina. We dined at some of the best restaurants just a short walk away. If you have luggage, I highly recommend using the porter service to avoid getting drenched in sweat carrying it up the steps.
