- An ideal place for moments of peace and relaxation, surrounded by an aged and private pine-wood of 10,000 square meters, a few meters from the seashore, perfect and safe for childrenon a private road with no incoming traffic and with a magnificent view of the gulf of Portoferraio.
The house was used by RAI television for the drama in 12 episodes "The Island" aired in 2013 on RAI 1.
