Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben. Sauber, ordentlich. Die Küche sticht positiv hervor. Großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Ausstattung ist ok. Ein Bad ist schon sehr alt. Da sollte mal etwas gemacht werden. Das zweite Bad ist schon deutlich moderner. In einem Zimmer gab es etliche Spalten an den Ecken, wo immer wieder Tausendfüßler rauskamen. Fewos mitten in der Natur - da gehören Insekten eben dazu. Aber da könnte man leicht Abhilfe schaffen. Ansonsten hat alles gut gepasst. WLan vorhanden. Eine traumhafte Terrasse. Sehr groß mit fantastischem Blick auf das Meer. Morgens eine Tasse Kaffee auf der Terrasse - mehr will man gar nicht :-)Wir hatten übrigens eine kleine Kaffeemaschine dabei. Da hätten wir nicht verzichten wollen.Zu Fuß keine 5min zum Strand.Der Fahrweg mit dem Auto von der Durchgangsstraße zur Fewo ist etwas abenteuerlich. Aber auch das ist eher normal auf Elba. Es gibt einen extra Abstellplatz für zwei Autos.Erwähnenswert ist vielleicht noch, dass die Großeltern vom Vermieter im gleichen Haus über der Fewo wohnen. Als wir am frühen Abend etwas lauter beim Spielen waren, haben sie sich gleich bemwerkbar gemacht. Jeden Tag Party ist eher schwierig würde ich sagen. Ansonsten gab es keine Probleme. Der Vermieter - Mattia - kann deutsch und war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Das war super.Alles in allem - sehr zu empfehlen. Für 6 Personen hatten wir viel Platz. Eine große Fewo und eine tolle Terrasse mit Gartendusche und Grill! ##### Tobias B.
