Guest Access:
- The entrance to the apartment is independent of the main house.

- Access to the pool will, almost always, be exclusive to guests only.
The Neighborhood:
You’ll be just a 5-minute walk from the beach, fantastic and internationally renowned restaurants like Terra, Cafeína, and Portarossa, as well as an incredible promenade with stunning views of the sea and river. Downtown Porto is also nearby, just a 10-minute drive away. For those without a car, there’s also a bus stop near your apartment.

Getting Around:
There are several frequent bus lines that will take you directly to the city center.
- Liiiving in Porto has a partnership with a shuttle company. If you need transportation from the Airport to the apartment, we will be happy to arrange it for you.
Other Things to Note:
Important note: there is construction work going on near the apartment, which causes noise between 8:00 and 19:00. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, but it could affect our guests' stay. As such, we are guided by a policy of transparency, so that our guests' expectations are duly met. It is our mission to ensure that Liiiving is easy!
In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., the smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be applied for smoking.
If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. A late check-out without prior authorization will incur a fee of €200 per hour.
If you lose your key, a fee will be charged (subject to consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team’s intervention to open the door, a fee of €40 will apply after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention required) – price upon consultation.
For reservations of 28 nights or more, we have a limit for water, electricity, and internet/TV package expenses of €150. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest.
If you are planning to bring your pet, please inform us, as an additional fee is applicable or its entrance might be rejected.

Property is in the grounds of another house. The property itself was fine but would have been vastly improved by some basic provisions to start your stay (eg tea and coffee when you arrive after the shops are shut). Pool not warm at end September. Liiving management team extremely helpful for any issues and organised pool maintenance quickly upon request.
