Modernly furnished and tastefully decorated, this lovely studio (30 sqm) is a short drive to various top attractions in Porto, such as Livraria Lello and Jardins do Palácio de Cristal! The subway station is only a few minutes walk away from the studio, enabling guests to explore the city with ease. This studio is designed with open living and sleeping areas, with a separate room for the dining and kitchen areas. Relax in the living room, which features a comfy double bed and a double couch bed complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with the essential cookware and cutlery that you’ll need to cook. The dining area can comfortably accommodate two people. The apartment also comes with ironing equipment, should you need it. The bathroom contains all the essentials you’ll need, such as shampoo and a hairdryer. Towels will also be provided for your convenience. There’s also a private terrace equipped with seating areas where you can lounge and enjoy the stunning views. The home is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Guests will have access to the entire home! There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
