This modern 40m2 apartment is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets and restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options. Private parking is available for your convenience. The living room features a comfy sofa bed where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The area features oversized windows that let in a lot of natural sunlighting that brightens up the space making it even more inviting. This space also has a kitchenette fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities. The bedroom is a pleasant room with a double bed and a wardrobe, and it comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. Lastly, the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Guests will have access to the entire home! We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. Situated just a 7-minute walk from São Bento station and an 8-minute walk from Porto São Bento station, this address offers easy access to public transportation for exploring the city and beyond. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Unfortunately the gate to the garage was broken so we couldn't use the parking lot (the garage was the main reason why we booked the apartment), which resulted in our rental car getting scratched in one night because we had to park it in front of the apartment.
