Great hotel. Easy to walk into town centre or for a football match at Vitoria SC. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very stylish lobby area. My son used the pool and gym and said it was very good.

The room was very nice. I was on the top floor, the 4th, and was not able to see the street because of a facade in front of the windows. But, there was good light with a rooftop and sky view. Staff is pleasant and very helpful. The bed was comfortable and the location was very good for getting to lots of attractions.

The hotel was a boutique hotel and very nice. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, staff very helpful. They even gave us a drink coupon and the head of the bar area was amazing. She made the drink extra special. Breakfast was nice as well.
