"Unser Zimmer war noch nicht bereit! Wenn schon nur drei Zimmer belegt sind….. es ist ein Familienbetrieb. Der Sohn hat sich sehr bemüht und machte einen sehr guten Job, seine Mutter, die unfreundlich war, sollte von ihm lernen. Beim Frühstück , welches sehr karg ausfiel, wurde nichts aufgefüllt. Brot wurde auf Verlangen widerwillig aufgefüllt, aufgebacken, nach 10 Minuten! Warum das Hotel schon eröffnen, wenn noch nichts berrit idt? Schade!"

"Our trip around Sardinia was otherwise perfect until we encountered the blonde woman at the reception desk who spoke Russian. I must say, I have rarely felt so mistreated. Her behavior was unprofessional and immature, and she urgently needs training in customer service and proper communication. It's unfortunate that one person can so negatively impact the overall atmosphere of a hotel. I would think twice before staying here again if this is the kind of treatment to expect."
