Country House with a Garden and a View, 8 minutes from the Village of Porto Azzurro

It is a house called LE NOCCIOLE. It is located on a hill in the countryside near the town of Porto Azzurro, 1.5 km from the sea and the village, both of which are within walking distance. It features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers, a kitchen, and a living room, as well as a comfortable veranda for outdoor dining. On one side, you can see the town of Porto Azzurro and the sea; on the other, you can admire the island’s picturesque mountains. Access is via a dirt road. There are two ways to reach the house.
From Provincial Road No. 26, turn onto the uphill road where the Hotel Plaza is located. Or from the town of Porto Azzurro, after the Conad supermarket, turn onto the paved road past the sports field, crossing a small bridge on the left marked “Azienda Arrighi.” From this point on, the road becomes a country road. Then turn left again, following the signs for “CASA LE NOCCIOLE” on green and white signs.
Low-clearance vehicles may have difficulty reaching the house. The town of Porto Azzurro is nearby; it’s a small and very welcoming town on Elba. The first beach is also located here. Heading towards the mountains, however, you can explore trails and paths—on foot or by car—that offer breathtaking views.
