Upstairs, there is a master bedroom with a sloped ceiling and a second bathroom with a shower. Separate entrance and a bathroom with a shower stall and hairdryer; it features an outdoor area furnished with patio furniture for dining al fresco.<br><br>To reach the apartment, located on a hill, you must drive up an uphill road.<br><br><br><br>At the foot of the hill is Dog Beach, a sandy and gravel beach dedicated to our four-legged friends. The renowned beaches of Lido di Capoliveri, Zuccale, and Barabarca are just a few minutes’ drive away, as are the lively towns of Porto Azzurro and Capoliveri.<br><br><br><br>Located across from the entrance to Mola Bay, a natural harbour sheltered from most winds, where there is a buoy field open from May through October, offering berths for boats ranging from 4 to 16 metres.<br><br><br><br>A two-minute drive takes you to the Coop supermarket in Mola and the petrol station, and in five minutes you can reach all the amenities of Porto Azzurro, which is just 1 km away.
