Such a lovely stay here! Perfectly positioned on the beach with Adirondack chairs on the lawn, a coffee bar, helpful staff, comfy bed and cozy room. I'll definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay here! Very clean, friendly staff, well-appointed rooms and common area, and free parking. It is a warm and cozy atmosphere with B&B type feel with an OUTSTANDING view from the front porch and the indoor sitting area. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at The Beach House Inn. It's right across the street from the water. We loved sitting in the rocking chairs in the sun watching the waves. Great location. Nice, peaceful property. There were bikes, beach chairs, beach towels available - and even umbrellas for the rainy day we encountered. Would definitively recommend staying here.

Such a beautiful stay at The Beach House Inn; the staff was wonderful and helpful! There are endless things to do in the Kennebunkport area, and The Beach House Inn provides a wonderful experience to accommodate your stay. Bikes to take into town, endless nearby beaches, and a thoughtful coffee and tea station were some of our favorite details!

Would have given them a five but there was mold/mildew on shower tile. And rust on the shower rod and other things in the bathroom. The room was really small as well as the bathroom. It is right across the street from the ocean. The bed was comfortable.
